Ive never had a problem with this doctor. Everytime i needed help she made sure she helped. Ive been having a hard time finding a new doctor because of my pregnancy nobody wants to treat me so everytime i reached out to her she always helped she is a caring person always takes the time to know her patience! If I could give this place negative stars, I would! I tried making an appointment for about 3 months with them after buying a Groupon. They would never answer the phone and then when I would leave a voicemail, I wouldn’t receive a call back. I called this office when I was running out of my medication and needed a new Dr. I spoke with The Dr’s assistant - SueAnne who was very kind and helpful. Dr. Montilus was very accommodating and squeezed me in the same day! I have had several visits with the Dr and every time I’m greeted by SueAnne with a friendly smile. She is always willing to work with my schedule and gets me seen when needed. Suanne always returns my phone calls immediately. The Dr spends time with me and never is in a rush.
