Front desk guy screamed at us and told us to shut up after we canceled ahead of time over the phone (Expedia told us to cancel). He would not give our money back either. Never had a chance to stay there but I’m glad we didn’t. Front desk guy is extremely rude. 0/10
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I have never met someone as rude as the owner. Truly disgusting with the way he treats people. I called to cancel my booking and he screamed at me on the phone to “shut up and listen” after i asked why he was being rude he proceeded to the scream at me more and then he hung up before i could respond. If i could give the review 0 stars i would. Horrible service and horrible owner.
No bugs , not sketchy. All I care about. I will sleep well tonight.
This is our second time to stay here. Beds are very comfortable, rooms are very clean, love the bottles of soap & moisturizer on the walls plus soap & shampoo. We will stay here again.
