I just went to get my brows Tinted in the Brow person, whose name was Loreen mastrocola starts plucking can you believe that here I am wondering what the hell she doing didn’t ask me permission. People always use these sites to write bad reviews So I decided to do the total opposite and recognize Serenity for their greatness This is the ONLY Spa/Salon I have gone to for over 10 years The staff is always helpful & friendly They are open late hours during the week and always accommodating when it comes to getting a appointment Great retail selection hair products, jewelry , handbags , etc I would highly recommend this place 👍

I’ve been to Serenity in the City many times for massages, facials, manicures and pedicures and have left there wanting to immediately run back in. To me Serenity is the epitome of relaxation! The staff is always friendly and professional and every room is very clean. They have an amazing menu of services to choose from and frequently advertise specials which are my favorite. I have recommended Serenity to many friends and family members. As far as I’m concerned there is no better spa around.
I held a spa bachelorette party for my sister at Serenity yesterday and it was the best time. They were able to accommodate our very large group and were so helpful throughout the entire process. Everybody loved their service. I would highly recommend Serenity for a spa party or any spa service. You definitely just got 14 new repeat customers!
