After hearing all these negative reviews on how people are treated there . It makes me want to open my own safe space for people struggling… it’s sad . They are already ashamed and scared to go through this . Do better and you’re have a higher success rate with recovery. Please ! I know someone who desperately needs help , and I get a call to pick him up within a could days because of how he’s talked down to .
The front desk ladies are very friendly … to your face. When I came in for the first time they had someone on the phone wanting to do to detox they put them on hold and then proceed to just talk shit about him, after keeping him on hold for 5 mins they pick up the phone tell him no beds open and to try again next week… there were at least 7 open beds that day. And oh don’t miss any appointments cause they have a 3 strike rule but it’s more like a 2 strike rule and they don’t tell you that either kinda crazy they work with dr... read more
This place saves lives not only other people's life but my own they are a amazing group of people to help you change your life they are sincere true real hearted people who will give you respect and embrace you with there arms wide open
The intake lady is horrible and doesn't care about people. Never met someone so rude that's in a career where she is helping people recover. The way she talked to me wasn't okay and thankfully l wasn't calling about myself. Because if l was someone in need l would have been very upset and wondering why she was treating me so horribly. Not okay to be a jerk when people are asking and needing help!!
