The clinical director Teenia is a good person. She is such a good person that she has been taken advantage of or has been manipulated easily by clients. The "chef" Tamyka who often times is assigned to do day classes with the girls is down right abusive verbally, and psychologically she has no qualifications in drug rehabilitation and has no trauma sensitivity training nor does she follow appropriate business practices like conducting herself with professionalism when working with the residents. I am a graduate of serenity house patty was my councilor and that place saved my life I stay clean for a long time but then relapsed which meant mci Framingham again I got clean in 2015 and been clean ever since but only because I use what I learned in that house in my daily life God bless serenity house and stay grateful everyone
