Serenity house is the only place I would recommend to friends, family and loved ones. Excellent facility with the highest level of care around. Amazing staff, delicious food and extremely clean. Their detox and residential treatment is above and beyond any other establishment.
Beautiful facility with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is very helpful and caring and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Food is fantastic as well :)
The personal care you receive there makes the experience a lot easier! They made me feel really comfortable with what I thought was going to be an unpleasant experience.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! Shout out to serenity for double billing my insurance and then sending me an 18k bill that I never received that is a major hit on my credit score and then sold the debt to national credit systems. I can’t reach anyone with this debt collection agency nor can I contact anyone at serenity House detox than can help me resolve this matter. My insurance paid every penny that was owed to the detox 100% but I can’t get this off my credit score. I will be filing a lawsuit for insurance fraud. Thanks for taking adv... read more
