Called today to inquire about a first time visit and was told soonest available for new patient is March of NEXT YEAR. My dog would be dead if I waited seven months to be evaluated and treated. Very bizarre SMH
I am so very grateful to Dr. Rose and the team at Serenity Holistic Vet. Our girl, Nikka, is a 12 year old Husky/Shepherd mix and she recently developed some hind leg soreness/stiffness and urinary incontinence. We took her to a conventional vet to rule out UTI/kidney issues and had X rays done to ensure there was nothing grossly abnormal structurally with her bones. Made an appointment for September 11th for my Golden Willow. I received an email at 4:54 PM stating that my appointment for Willow had been canceled. I reached out and they stated they have no room for Willow, via an email. When checking my voice mail I noticed at 4:34 PM, 20 minutes prior to my email that my appointment was canceled they asked if I could confirm my appointment. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Rose and Serenity Holistic Vet. The have treated my Dachshund, Sir George, for IVDD, a condition common to dachshunds, which left him paralyzed on his back end. Dr. Rose used Chinese herbs, Accupuncture, tens stimulation and laser therapy on George, as well as physical therapy. It’s been only 6 weeks and he is able to walk alone for up to 20 feet, and is now working on getting up by himself.
