!!PLEASE READ!!!! Last year I went and I had a great experience but my most recent visit was a complete and utter disaster. They scheduled me with Dr Christ-Ann Magloire. When I got there I wait almost 2.5 hrs to be seen. When I finally got called for my appt...a male doctor was going to see me. No one let me know that she wasn't going to be there. This place was ideal a few years ago but now they need much improvement from the facility standards (cleaning etc) to the processing of clients. The operational processes are very unorganized, leaving people waiting for up to 3 hours or more. The rooms are not prepared. Cleaning supplies, urine samples, etc were all left out in the open and unattended. Hoping for a transformation from them but it is highly unlikely.
It seems like our non invasive prenatal test was misplaced, after we were confirmed by staff that it was done and that our baby’s gender was confirmed.
I’ve been to a few gynecologist and for the first time I’ve felt so welcome and comfortable. Mina & Brit really helped me enjoy this first time experience at serenity holistic. Not only was their energy relaxing and therapeutic but they were also very welcoming. Jorge was also so gentle and made sure to ask a lot of questions and when inspecting me, made me feel like I was the only patient that mattered. If you’re seeking an office you can trust, this one is 10/10 highly recommended
Excellent doctor office I highly recommend the nurses are amazing Jeamyna Brittany dr Jorge and dr Magloire friendly warm welcoming
