Trying to get my foot in the door for a month. Paid $50 for a background check only to say they denied it but wouldn't explain why. My credit isn't the best but it's not bad. I doubt other tenants have 800 credit scores. No felonies or anything. Guess some people just don't like money. After seeing other reviews and feeling some bad vibes maybe it's a good thing it didn't work out.
I am new to Center Point, and really enjoy the peaceful neighborhood and hard working friendly people that live within Serenity Hills. Aside from the poser, Bob who presents himself as owner and manager of the park. Which he is not! Bob is a relative of the owners and walks the neighborhood and tries to play like park security/inspection officer. The road inside the mobile home park needs attention like yesterday! If the road gets fixed so your not driving in pot hole the rating will go up.
