Bought a brand new CARRIER from this company 3 yrs ago. Called for a problem with blower not working and all phone #s have been disconnected. Got ED'S hvac to come out and they replaced blower motor under warranty, serviced unit and rewired thermostat to work as designed. Apparently when you don't set up the unit correctly it doesn't work well. Has a 2 stage compressor that was working full blast for over 3 yrs. I'm glad I found another company. Need a negative rating system for reviews.
