The Serenity team is incredible! I highly recommend them! They have great communication to confirm my appointment even when I had to rescheduled a couple times. They accommodated me to see me over my lunch break. While I was there I felt taken care of and comfortable. The team is super down to earth and took time to answer my questions. Staff were very nice and helpful. My complaint is that they offered to complete and submit my form to claim income tax rebate going back 4 years but missed checking off the box requesting that. When I eventually discovered the error I had to have my income tax forms revised for 2017-2020 in order to receive the benefit. Had I not followed up as to why I hadn’t received a rebate I would never have received what I was entitled to. It cost me 20.00 plus tax for each resubmission plus 13.00 for registered mail. I visited recently with my toddler. Our experience was all around fantastic. It can be quite unnerving for a child to sit in the box and have their ears prodded by strangers wearing unusual equipment --but, the team did an amazing job keeping things light and friendly for my little guy. They introduced themselves to him, gestured playfully and even offered some toys to keep him cool and collected. They went above and beyond to care for him.
