I had an incredible experience here. Dealing with hair loss has been very difficult emotionally, and I was extremely nervous walking in. The staff were compassionate, knowledgeable, and took the time to really listen to what I was looking for. They never rushed me and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. Jean from Serenity Hair Solutions does a wonderful job helping you pick out a wig that works for you. I had a few wigs but my favorite one was the one I got from Serenity. Jean is such a kind, knowledgeable and lovely person. I highly recommend!

I have purchased two hair toppers from Jean in the past year and a half. My first one is a human hair topper that still looks great! Last week I purchased a new one and Jean did a completely new style, which I love. She is extremely knowledgeable and patient and her products are top quality. One leaves feeling confident and beautiful! Jean is the best!
