We had a scheduled date and time. We did not hear from him until late in the evening on that date after several texts and calls to Jared. He stated his phone was broken. It's 2025. If you own a business you can still access email from any other device to notify and reschedule your clients if needed, especially since you have an invoice system that collects that data. Service was great! Professional and timely! We have gutter guards and they were able to clean out and walked me through the process of their cleaning method. Definitely recommend this locally owned small business!
I had worked with Jared for a couple projects so far and every single one of them deserved 5 stars rating! The first one was to put gutter guards for my house, he spent time to throughly clean the gutters before put on the gutter guards. After that, we could see big differences when raining, no more water pulled at any particular spots.
