I've called more than 10 times to this place. I've gotten placed on hold for 12mins after asking for the price it'll be monthly for a potential resident. I got hung up on when asked why I continued to be forwarded to voicemail when I was just placed on hold for that long. Update: it's been 19 times since calling. The last time, the person picked up the phone and did not answer my repeated times saying hello. Very unprofessional, especially wanting to potentially get a resident into this place.
