I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional care and service provided at Serenity Gardens Assisted Living. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt welcomed and supported. The staff is warm, compassionate, and truly dedicated to the well-being of every resident. I have toured 4 of the Serenity Gardens homes. They are beautiful, clean and seem to be well managed. A friend of mine who is a long term resident of the Potomac location is very happy with the care she is receiving. Whenever I visit, I notice that the staff and nurses are friendly and truly care about the residents.

I had a wonderful experience touring the Serenity Gardens facility in Potomac. The environment felt welcoming, with a cozy and clean setting that felt like home. This is one of the most unprofessional facilities I have ever visited. I wouldn’t even place my dog here. Claudia, an employee, is extremely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful to both clients and their families. Her behavior today has left me concerned for the safety of the clients. If I could give a rating lower than one star, I would.
