Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience I called on Monday to schedule an appointment after seeing that the online calendar showed no availability. However, the calendar hadn’t been updated, and I was able to book an appointment for yesterday at 3 PM. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but relaxing. When I arrived at the listed address, I found a house with no signage indicating it was a spa or massage place.
