I have been attending Serenity for 3 years. I have never been able to stick with a workout program, and it’s definitely the environment at Serenity that keeps me going. They are affirming of all ages and ability levels, and have machines that work for me with my chronic pain. It’s a great place for socializing too! Tara, the owner is great!!
Tara is amazing to work with! She is knowledgeable, non-judgemental, and motivational! (We have a lot of fun in the process too!) I have been working with her 1:1 for a month and am seeing results. I highly recommend Tara and Serenity Fitness!
Went for a trial day but wasn’t allowed to pay with cash or card. I was told they accept checks only. Pretty much tells you everything you need to know about the target demographic and how little they do to reach beyond it.
So much knowledge in this place. Great exercise options and availability.
