I saw Dr. Hong Ji for my annual eye exam at Serenity Eye Care (located inside the Watertown Target) and was really satisfied with my experience. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful not only to myself but multiple people who came by while I was waiting for the doctor. Dr. Ji was kind, patient, and efficient with both my standard eye exam and my dilation exam. I highly recommend and I will definitely be returning for next year's exam!
Once again I had an excellent experience at this Serenity Eye Care location. Both Jai at the front desk and the doctor are extremely helpful, professional and kind and helped me find a beautiful new pair of specs for a very decent price. Thank you to the whole team here, I highly advise this spot!
