These guys are Top Notch. I was uneasy about who to take it too, and these guys came through big time. I can't give them enough stars... I can't say enough about the quality or experience. If you have Ev Issues or Questuons these are the guys you have been looking for..
One of the most honest and helpful mechanics you'll ever meet, although Jonathan (and Serenity) are located on the other side of town from me - he's well worth the drive or tow. To make a long story short I was quoted over 2k from Tesla and another shop for suspension work - Serenity performed the quoted work for less than half of the other guys quotes with better customer service. Definitely an A+ in my book in Price and Service !!!
This is the only place I’ll bring my Tesla now. I live over an hour away and it’s worth it. The prices they charge are extremely good and the work they perform is even better. Highly recommend this place for any and all Tesla repairs.
This place is an absoulte GO TO if you have an EV... Worth the Drive. Customer services add another 95 stars to my 5. Tesla wanted to rip me off for 3800 bucks to redo the whole AC. Took it to them and they actually did a real DX of the problem and replaced the Condensor and the car is super cold now. Fraction of what tesla N. Scottsdale wanted Thank you Guys for being awesome... I HIGHLY recommend them. The Shop is clean, professional. I will never take my Tesla M3 or Y anywhere else!!!!!
These guys are amazing. Josh fixed my drivers seat when I had a mishap with the power seat and got something jammed in the track. Tesla wanted thousands to replace the seat. Josh fixed it in an hour at a great price. Highly recommend these guys. I will be a repeat customer with all my EVs
