After being a patient here for 5 years, I am sad to say that the care of the staff and dentists has gone down hill. They are no longer caring and kind. They completely abandoned me when I needed immediate care for an infection. They referred me to a horrible periodontist who was extremely rough and painful and then they refused to see me when the periodontist was out of the office and I was in excruciating pain and my mouth was so swollen and infected despite being told by the periodontist to go back to them when he was out ... read more
The first thing is that this office does not have the usual smell of a dentist's office. It smells good all through. That makes puts me in a relaxed mood. Jonathan is very sensitive to my needs and takes pride in giving me a thorough cleaning and I truly appreciate that. His style and technique is the best I've had. Dr Chong makes me feel relaxed too and explains things in a practical way, easy to understand
