Outstanding Service I purchased the Groupon for the Mani-Pedi offer. The Spa personel were incredibly professional and the service was excellent. The atmosphere is relaxing and I would recommend this SPA to anyone who needs to be pampered.
Best Day Spa in Metairie I was so happy to receive my mother's day gift. I usually go to another spa for my services but it closed down this year. My husband bought me a Serenity gift certificate for the whole day. I just loved this place from the first steps I took in. The staff is so sweet and very professional. Unethical and Greedy If I could rate a 0, I would. My friend and I each bought the Groupon for the Mani-pedi. When I called to book my appointment, the girl on the phone was very polite and eager to book me...until I mentioned the groupon. Suddenly there was no available dates. When I asked what to do if it expired before there was an available date she was very rude and said it was not up to her. Great small spa i just enjoyed a wonderful birthday. My wife surprised me by sending me to Serenity (to pick up something for her). When i got there they said i was on there book for a massage, facial, manicure and pedicure. I had such a great day, I will be back, the spa is a great small house turned into a full service spa. What a wonderful birthday.

Had a wonderful pedicure and relaxing facial today with my daughter. Would book again! Needed the facial which includes a upper body massaging. Pleasant surroundings with nice, accommodating staff.
I looove this place! Connie has created a serene place to relax and get spoiled. I never want to leave.
