I have been coming to the this spa for at least 8 yrs. I absolutely love this place. Leah Ann has did my facial twice and she is great. My new massage therapist is Daisy Dean she is new at Serenity and she was freaking awesomeeeeeee! When I say amazing she was great. Very strong hands.
I had been here before, but it was several years ago. I was impressed then and remain impressed. Valerie gave me a wonderful massage. I highly recommend her.
I'm a true, loyal customer of Serenity Day Spa. I have seen over the years many employee's come and go. But over the last few years the newest staff members are GREAT!!!!! From the management staff of Kawanna Garner to Lakisa to my all time favorites Diedra and Kristi the massage therapist..... makes both my husband and I feel like family every time we go to be pampered. It’s hours later and I’m still smiling from my day here. I got my nails done by Shernic, a facial by Leigh Ann, and a massage by Andrea. All three ladies were so lovely and kind. They performed their services beautifully, efficiently, thoroughly, and even gave me information about what they used and were doing. I highly recommend any of them! I absolutely love going to Serenity Day Spa! Great place in the Cordova area to get relaxation and pampering.
I had a bachelorette day here and got a facial and a massage. Massage was great but being an esthetician myself, the facial was not good at all. She was dipping her hands in freezing water and then massaging my face... definitely not relaxing. She took no care in it at all.. I regretted paying for it.
