I made an appointment on their “book online”, which is on their website. I arrive to the appointment only to be told they are fully booked. I informed them that I made a reservation online got confirmation via text and an email. She then handed me a business card and informed me “have to call to make an appointment”. I told her that your business needs to update your website to remove that book online option. Very disappointed don’t even want to see my proof.
