My son gave me a gift certificate two years ago. It was not a physical gift card (called and paid over the phone)but said I needed to go in and they would honor it. It was very difficult to get anyone to return my call to set up an appointment but finally got in. It took about 30 minutes for Rosa to even find the note in her spiral notebook but eventually did see where my son had purchased it. HEALTHCARE WORKERS BEWARE! I would not even give this place a 1 star review if possible. I bought my mother a gift card for a pedicure and massage at this spa because she is an ICU RNBSN who works on her feet tirelessly. I live in Oklahoma, went through the website and payment process, and received a receipt and confirmation for the purchase of the gift card.
