Awful record keeping and failure to properly record transactions.
I have used Serenity Day spa for several years.. and not a time Have I left there that I did not feel like a million dollars.. The services offered there are top notch.. stylists, nails, facials and massages are the services I have used and been beyond pleased.. and the staff are always so professional yet make you feel like family as well.. from the get go they aim to please.. Would give them 5 million stars if I could or had that option..
I have been going to Serenity Day Spa for about 7 years now, and I have always had amazing results! From the first time I experienced the employees and the atmosphere until now has been exceptional! They treat you like family and always make you feel welcome! I walk in sit in my stylist, Tasha’s, chair and she works her magic. I trust her judgement on what I need every time. I highly recommend them! ❤️
My husband purchased the Escape package ($185) for me October for an early Christmas present. I came in later to have my certificate split to share with my mother in-law. The staff member wrote Tammy her own certificate and voided mine. My “voided” gift certificate was taken from me and I am being told they cannot do anything about it without the certificate. Love Tasha an all the staff at Serenity Salon & Day Spa!!! They are the BEST ever an they all make you feel very welcomed 😁 Tasha has done my hair for 12 yrs now and I wouldn't dare go anywhere else...Highly recommend them!!!

Unorganized record keeping and poor transaction logs. It’s absolutely ridiculous. And they’re technically stealing money from my sister because their staff did something incorrect and can’t find the record of her gift certificate and said they can’t do anything about it. She’s messaged them trying to prove it was bought and they aren’t answering. It’s like they are ignoring her and it’s an extremely rude way to run a business.
