Polly A. You have been completely informed incorrectly. I work here and I get 100% of my tip. You must be talking about the wrong location. There is another serenity day spa on 117th and we are not connected to them.
The very Best massage I have ever received, would also recommend the facial, mani/pedi. The staff is very professional. No short cuts here, full service deal.
