First rate experience in every aspect! Scheduling was easy and the atmosphere relaxing. Lacey was extremely professional and the massage was fantastic!
I had my first ever massage there today and it was wonderful! Desiree did an amazing job working out all of the tension and knots in my back and shoulders and I left feeling so relaxed and in such a good mood. The atmosphere was perfect and so relaxing. The massage tables were so comfy I could’ve easily fallen asleep lol. The receptionist was very nice and Desiree was a sweetie and they were both very professional. I cannot wait to go back! �
I've driven past Serenity, but never visited until I saw they were voted #1 spa in the Shoals. I have to say my experience was EXCELLENT! The decor is calming and clean, front desk staff super attentive and soft spoken--exactly what you need when you're entering into a state of relaxation. The treatment room was private and the massage table was soft, with the perfect amount of cushion (5 minutes in and I was lying on a cloud).
