I've only received.. massages from a couple of places before but getting it here was amazing. I got the 50 minute massage and it was absolutely great. The staff is EXTREMEMLY friendly and their spa is basically a house they made their business so it is VERY comfortable. The massage was amazing and the staff is very responsive to your needs. I HIGHLY reccommend this place! The prices are EXTREMEMLY reasonable as well! I believe I paid about $80 for my massage. Great to go on a lunch break too!
Warm and Friendly This was my 3rd visit to Serenity and we just love it. The old house it is in really makes it feel cozy and inviting and the staff is fantastic. We had facials and massages followed by a manicure and some afternoon tea and cookies..yumm! The staff was professional and pleasent and the atmosphere is just charming. I would go again!! Serenity Day Spa is a very warm & welcoming place. The people are very friendly. The service is great. The atmosphere is calming and relaxing. I would highly recommend Serenity Day Spato anyone. You are greeted with a warm smile and an offer to hang up your coat. If you have to wait they offer ice cold water. The massage is sure to leave you feeling refreshed. Overall Serenity one of the best spas in this area.
ok spa experience The staff was great. The scheduling was easy. The owner was a litle strange but friendly. They offer a wide range of services. The atmosphere was nice. The reception area smelled a bit strong of perfume though to make the whole experience relaxing.
ok I have been here twice for facials. The first one I went for was a basic facial and I really enjoyed it. The second time was for a facial that included extractions. I have had these done before and it wasnt bad but when I came here and had them done it hurt terribly. I know this isn't supposed to be the most pleasant experience but the girl was brutal, I was in tears when I left. If you are going for a basic facial or massage I would recommend.
Not the best My boyfriend gave me a nice gift certificate to this spa. I went here for a much needed prenatal massage. Massages are suppose to be about relaxing. The woman talked to me the whole time about babies. It was very frustrating. I am a nice person, it is very hard for me to be rude. I felt very uncomfortable. I still have enough for a couple of more massages on my gift card but have no desire to use it. ETA-this place is really run down, could use a face lift. If the service was on point, I wouldn't mind.
Rude and pushy I called Serenity Day Spa to setup an appointment for my Mom to have a massage and facial. The person that answered the phone said that they did not have any openings for over two months and they did not have a calendar started for the next month, then I asked her to give me the next available Saturday appointment because my Mom works. one stop shop for beauty A one stop shop for beauty. They do just about anything and everything you need done here. A great place to go to spend a day relaxing with massage and body wraps. They also do hair and nails including acrylic nails and pedicures. Facials, waxing, tanning, and permanent cosmetics are also available at serenity.
Pyschopathic manager of spa First off the manager or whatever the person in charge is, is a total pycho bitch whack job who needs to have the shit smacked out of her! never again. PROS: your kidding right? CONS: bitchy attitude at front desk. You have to go to see for yourself.
