Doesn't deserve a star I will never go to this day spa ever again and would not recommend it to anyone... they were late with my appointment...and the girl that did my lash extensions had a heavy vietnamese accent so i couldn't understand her. I went in to get eyelash extensions and they came out horrible. They were all clumped together. My natural lashes and the extensions were glued together at the based of my eyelashes. Great massage/facial--great price I was in for a hot stone massage and a facial and it was absolutely fantastic. The staff is friendly and professional, and though it is not the most luxurious surroundings, it's clean, comfortable and definitely worth it to me to pay less for a five star massage and facial. I will definitely be going back!
Good services, average facility, reasonable prices. I've gone to Serenity several times over the past few years for various spa services - facials, massages, eyebrow shaping and pedicures. I've always been completely satisfied with the services and have had some really great massages in particular. They also do a first rate pedicure - long and luxurious. The only place they fall short is their treatment rooms and waiting rooms and overall ambience. All are very sparse and more like a doctor's waiting room than a relaxing spa... read more
bad eyebrow shape I had my eyebrows waxed and shaped by the owner, Nina. I was very unhappy with the unnatural arch she formed on one of my eyebrows. I had to try to reshape it myself. It was a bad experience and I wouldn't go back.
Spa Delight This is a rather unassuming little place and very nice. The service was really great and for a few hours I was totally relaxed and pampered from head to toe.
Wonderful place Just loved this place for the ambience and the great people who were there. They have group packages at great prices. The staff was very cordial and welcoming. Everyone in my group loved this place. They have great packages for some great kinds of massages. The greatest thing about this place is the cordial and friendly masseurs who know what they are doing. Highly recommend this place for your next pampering and fell good session and make some new friends in their awesome day spa.
Nice Day I was part of a group of people celebrating a Birthday at the Spa. It was wonderful. They had a room we could use to keep the snacks and drinks in. We had people coming in all day and they were so polite. Their service is wonderful.
