Rich was beyond respectful during this difficult time. He came to my house to deal with the paperwork and happily came back that same day to pick my my Dads favorite Michigan hat, something he absolutely needed to have with him for cremation. I was on a tight timeline with being in Michigan before I had to travel home to Nevada. He made sure I had my Dads remains, with a permit, and his memorial flag for his military service before I left, I think it was a 4 days. I worked here. Clean, organized, and very respectful. Found out my own family was actually cremated there and was very happy to learn this. Definitely best around.

First viewing of a cremation, they made you feel welcomed..Compassionate, respectful and serenity..Thank you Dave and your staff
