I have had three counselors here: one was an intern that I saw for about ten months before they graduated and returned home, another was for counseling with another person that the other person ended, and the third is my current counselor. As a patient who went here for a few years, all my therapists left this company due to how poorly its ran. After my current therapist swapped to another facility I decided to follow him instead of sticking with serenity. not to mention when my therapist went on vacation they couldnt get a therapist who wanted to work with me during the 3 week period. I could understand this mess of a practice if it were for minor issues but im trynna get therapy from life altering events, not cry over my 9 to 5

GEORGE SMITH, LSW This clown of therapist completely forgot me and my wife’s appointment on the very first visit? We waited in their tiny waiting room for 30 minutes for him without even anybody asking a question. After that he offered a free next therapy session. On the next “free” session, the bone head, scheduled a class and told my wife he would be 10 minutes late?! After waiting another 30 unanswered minutes we just left.
