My partner went there and got religion pushed down his throat by Steve, and his opinions were largely judged or not considered.
My father scheduled an appointment with Deb today, Tom was very nice and polite on the phone. My parents arrived early and we're told to wait. Deb was late in keeping their appointment and immediately came at them with a very clipped, brusque and disrespectful tone and demeanor; being very short, acting annoyed and badgering them about 'have you done your paperwork???' which was never mentioned by Tom( her partner/husband) the whole 20 minutes they had waited. I called several times over a couple weeks, always within business hours, and no one ever answered the phone. I even left my name and number in a voicemail and asked them to call me back because I wanted some information and to make an appointment. They never called back.
Michelle is amazing. Very observant, realistic and helpful.
