My husband and I in agreement with my father, hired Gisela, of Serenity Cleaning Solutions, to clean my parent's home monthly. Gisela and her team do an outstanding job every time. They are professional, and affordable, yet know their value they provide. They are also reliable, dependable, knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. We highly recommend them and their services. Thank you for your time and effort.
I had reached out to Gisela after using 2 previous house cleaners, expressing to her my concerns. She let me know and assured me that her company is meticulous and pays attention to detail. She came and cleaned my home and charged $412.50 for 3 hours. Of all 3 house cleaners this was the worst job, with the least detail. I expressed to her my concerns and she refunded me $46? Clearly acknowledging her shotty work. I would not recommend this company. They do lazy work and are way overpriced.
Serenity Cleaning Solutions is great! Gisela really cares about cleaning and doing a wonderful detailed job, so it was an immediate comfortable feeling in hiring her to routinely clean our 5-bedroom/4.5 bath home, we have had this service since September 2024 for a deep clean, followed by monthly routine cleaning. They came over after I had my baby, and were so detail-oriented and understanding about the craziness that is my house currently. They asked where things go, gave us ideas for organization, and walked us through what they did at the end
