Absolutely amazing! So accommodating! So particular, which I love, and just overall A++
We hired Gisela and her team to help us out as we are new parents and cleaning our house in between visitors was not something we could prioritize or keep up with. She was easy to book with, communication was simple and her pricing straightforward, unlike other companies we have worked with. She was able to deep clean our house and work through the priority list well within the timeframe we had budgeted for and we are so thankful for the help! We will be booking again!
My husband and I in agreement with my father, hired Gisela, of Serenity Cleaning Solutions, to clean my parent's home monthly. Gisela and her team do an outstanding job every time. They are professional, and affordable, yet know their value they provide. They are also reliable, dependable, knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. We highly recommend them and their services. Thank you for your time and effort.
I had reached out to Gisela after using 2 previous house cleaners, expressing to her my concerns. She let me know and assured me that her company is meticulous and pays attention to detail. She came and cleaned my home and charged $412.50 for 3 hours. Of all 3 house cleaners this was the worst job, with the least detail. I expressed to her my concerns and she refunded me $46? Clearly acknowledging her shotty work. I would not recommend this company. They do lazy work and are way overpriced.
