This place is a joke. My mom has had these people for a couple of months. They fight her on medication refills and when they do refill the medication they don't deliver it. They delivered a hospital bed to her house and the bed started falling apart after 2 weeks. The nurse might show up she might not. We have made several calls to follow up to make sure the people would actually show up. If you're looking for a hospice company go with anyone but them.
I would highly recommend (Serenity Care Solutions ) to anyone that needs assistance with the care of an aging loved one.
Mary Youssif and Serenity Care Solutions provided outstanding care for my ailing father and where there to take calls or send a medical care provider, whenever the need arose. They were deeply empathetic, very responsive, and were able to explain all things related to care and services available through federal and state agencies and that are applicable to seniors who are in ill health. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs assistance with the care of an aging loved one.
