Exceptional customer care. There could never be another ERICA!
I would give this company 10 stars if allowed. Due to circumstances we had to find someone quick to sit with my mother with dementia and is stuck in bed. Called on Thursday, they came out Friday, and showed up at 6:30am or earlier for the days we needed. The nurse was amazing, taking care of my mom like it was her own mother. The company called multiple times making sure everyone and everything was ok during those days. Serenity Care & Compassion stop along with Erica and Nevaeh have helped me navigate through this new adventure with my mother. After a psych hold, we were advised to hire helpers and had a recommendation for serenity Care & Compassion. The helpers they hire are kind and very helpful with ADLs. My mom has gotten much better and doesn’t need the helpers like she did in the beginning.
