What should have been one of the most exciting and joyful experiences of my mum’s wedding journey has been completely overshadowed by the appalling alterations service provided by this shop. Fist ever time wedding dress shopping with my sister and was a lovely experience. The shop is beautiful and comfy, there was a large selection of dresses to try and our consultant was very helpful and super patient with us all. Would definitely recommend. Only downside was no photos allowed which is perfectly understandable.
Extremely disappointed and I would not recommend. The process of actually buying my dress was wonderful and I had a great experience. I paid for the full alternation package (which is not cheap!) as I needed it to be sized down. When I went to get my dress one of the bra cups had come undone (it had been dry cleaned after my final alteration appointment) and they did fix this after some back and forth.
