I cannot thank Nordic enough for their eagerness to rectify a situation that was partly due to my miseducation. I also discovered that the clinic is now under new ownership with explains the name change. I think that speaks volumes because the new owner had no obligation to remedy the problem, but felt the need to anyway. I also love that she’s been there every time Ive come in.
