I am sad to write this review as Anna Toet seemed to be a good Counselor, but she is not someone you want to work with. Almost a year and a half ago she started charging my credit card the full cost for her sessions. A few months went by before I caught it, and when I asked, she said she did not like what the insurance was paying her. She signed a contract with them accepting their rates, but I guess she changed her mind. She said she would stop seeing my child if I did not pay full price. I've been going here on and off for the past eight years now. I didn't expect to find myself back in therapy, but I got into a really bad incident with a neighbor which ended up in me being forced back into it by the court. I'm really thankful for Serenity for being here. They haven't always been the best with some of the communication with the court, but it's a lot to ask of them to do. I absolutely love this place. I have been to therapy two other times with different therapist but they never seemed like the right fit for me. I truly look forward to going and feel like I am getting a lot out of it. I highly recommend.
