Thomson office stopped carrying private insurance of any kind then charged me $500 to sit in the waiting room for one hour after my appointment(I got there 15 minutes before the appointment) and then asked me about 10 questions and sent me on my merry way with a refill.
This review is for the grovetown office. The medical personnel are very competent, not overly kind, but not rude. however the office staff are extremely rude and disorganized. I decided that I would rather not deal with their unprofessional and downright rude office and front desk staff. I spent several minutes standing at the front I was ignored by a staff person, completly ignored.
