Not sure if I’m rating the right place(went in through the barber side but was attended in serenity side) I came in around 2pm on a Saturday and asked if someone could do 4 boys haircuts luckily one cowboy barber stood up for it and ended up staying way past his duty time . I like that he took the right amount of time on each of my kids and did an amazing job ! I will be recommending him to friends and family and definitely will bring my kids back with him!
Horrible Customer service. We came in after talking to someone on the phone and not one single barber or employee greeted us or looked our way. After ten minutes of nothing we left.
