Former patient. Was told if I ever needed anything just call. Called to make an appointment and was told since it had been over a year since my last visit I had to fill out some forms online. I would then get a call to schedule the appointment. Filled out the forms and a couple of days pass, no phone call. I call them, no answer, went to voicemail. I left a very detailed message inquiring as to why no one has contacted me. The young lady I spoke with told me that yes, they did receive the forms and they were processing them.... read more
Dr Cox was very professional and made me feel very comfortable.
Very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
I had a horrible experience here. They took me off medication that was working for me, put me on a bunch of other medication, and then just increased the dose (twice!) of the new medication when I told them I was feeling horrible on it. Also, they gave me an adhd test that lasted a total of 20 minutes. Those tests are supposed to take hours. Definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
