Ruined an afternoon for a wedding party. Rude. After a month of weekly communication and prepayment for massages, claimed that no reservation had been made and that nothing was paid for. Terrible customer service even when they finally discovered their mistake after forcing us to prove our previous arrangement by producing a receipt (it was too much trouble for them to find the order).
