Don't bother trying to make an appointment here. You'll come at your scheduled time but if they take a late lunch it's out the window. Had an appointment at 1 and they said they had a late lunch so I'd have to come back in an hour. Left and came back and said I'd have to come back in the morning. I have a tight budget and too kids. With paying the babysitter for today and an extra hour I cant afford to come back tomorrow.

I am a stickler when it comes to customer service and organizations projecting professionalism at all times. However, my venture here was not a success one. I waited for thirty minutes before, I was escorted to a chair for services. Let me not fail to mention, that I had a scheduled appointment for services. Then the young lady that was selected to do my hair, mysteriously got sick, then I waited at least another 30 minutes, before someone informed me of this event.
