Very caring and compassionate I have been taking my kitties to Serenity since 2002. The staff is always kind, compassionate, and understanding and I absolutely love my vet, Dr. Sherman! She is thorough, compassionate, and deeply cares about her patients.
Serenity Animal Hospital is the Best Place for Animals I have 3 dogs I take to Serenity. They are the most wonderful vets. They are always cheerful, always call me back to talk about matters important to me and they try very hard to accommodate me for appointments. They are never too busy to help me and that is very important. They really care. The vet techs and receptionists are so friendly and helpful. My dogs love them!! I trust all of them completely!!!!
Great Staff, A+ for cleanliness, very helpful I just recently took my three year old cat to see Dr. Catalina she was such a nice person and she knew how to make me and my cat feel at ease. My cat loved her! The facility is beautiful, everything is clean and welcoming. I couldn't say more nice things about this animal hospital. Take all my cats there I love Senerity!!!! I have not ever found any of their employees not knowledgeable. They take in strays and babies of all types of animals that have been found. The care that my cats have received and been superb. The new facility is just beautiful and well designed. I can't wait to see the Garden of Life.
Top knotch facilities, even BETTER medical care – I moved here from Florida, with a brief stop in Nebraska. In Nebraska my 12 year old rottweiler started limping really bad and she was was diagnosed with arthritis,(from x-rays), in October. I was given Previcox and it helped for awhile. In January Harlie could not bear weight on her "arthritic" leg and was in tremendous pain. I called Serenity on the advice of my roommate, and they got her right in. Inconsistent customer service....and it will cost you – After moving to Sterling Heights, I used this vet for my then 14 year old lab . They were fine w/ her routine exams and shots. When she started having seizures at the age of 16, I called during one seizure in order to bring her in and was told they "were not staffed w/ someone who could handle that right now" and sent me to an emergency hospital in Oakland County (45 minutes away).
