Very caring and compassionate I have been taking my kitties to Serenity since 2002. The staff is always kind, compassionate, and understanding and I absolutely love my vet, Dr. Sherman! She is thorough, compassionate, and deeply cares about her patients.
Great Staff, A+ for cleanliness, very helpful I just recently took my three year old cat to see Dr. Catalina she was such a nice person and she knew how to make me and my cat feel at ease. My cat loved her! The facility is beautiful, everything is clean and welcoming. I couldn't say more nice things about this animal hospital. Trustworthy and respected I have been taking my collie and cats to Serenity for well over 10 years. Not once was I disappointed with the care and professionalism there. The staff is exceptional and always willing to go that extra mile for both the animals as well as their families. I can't imagine taking them anywhere else. Hands down the best hospital/spa facility in the area. By the way I am not afraid to post my name and take credit for my words... shame others don't feel a need to back what they say.

Nice place We were pet sitting for a family member when their animal got sick. They had a vet on the other side of town, but we called Serenity and they got us right in. The people were friendly, the office was clean and we had little or no wait. They were very understanding and helped greatly in an emergency.
Serenity Animal Hospital is the Best Place for Animals I have 3 dogs I take to Serenity. They are the most wonderful vets. They are always cheerful, always call me back to talk about matters important to me and they try very hard to accommodate me for appointments. They are never too busy to help me and that is very important. They really care. The vet techs and receptionists are so friendly and helpful. My dogs love them!! I trust all of them completely!!!!
Take all my cats there I love Senerity!!!! I have not ever found any of their employees not knowledgeable. They take in strays and babies of all types of animals that have been found. The care that my cats have received and been superb. The new facility is just beautiful and well designed. I can't wait to see the Garden of Life.
These reviews have to be fakes. There isn’t one good thing about this animal hospital. They staff is rude and incompetent. The doctors are arrogant. You hear of diseases spreading through animals they have in their care for adoption. It’s all about the money and not the care of your pets. This was a great place for my cats. I really loved them. Now however they are understaffed and that has decreased the service satisfaction.
