I completed laser hair removal at Serenity and had a positive experience. I have not had laser done before and was quite nervous. Alia took the time to explain the process to me, tested the laser on my skin a week beforehand, and distracted me during the treatment so it was less painful. I highly reccomend this treatment centre.
