I have just had my wedding in Cyprus and Jenny helped me find the most amazing dress. From the moment I walked in to the shop I was greeted with such warmth, and could have chosen so many of the beautiful dresses, but Jenny knew just what I was looking for. I had to have my dress altered and it was done to the highest standard. Thank you so much Jenny.
I got the most amazing dress, and Jennie was fantastic from start to finish. Dress needed alterations, but looked even better afterwards (which I didn’t think was possible as it was already so beautiful!) I would HIGHLY recommend coming here. Jennie said they’re moving premises but will still be in Newton Abbot. I don’t think you could ever get this kind of service from a big chain. Contacted Jennie about suits for my wedding. the response was almost immediate and i booked an appointment for fittings for four of us. she really made the whole experience so easy and relaxed collecting the suits was made so easy, and also dropping them back off was just as easy. the whole experience was amazing id recommend anyone to use serenity as Jennie really cares and is willing to go the extra mile to help.
Jennie helped me find my dream wedding dress and also sourced me my dream veil and added beautiful Swarovski crystals to it. Jennie was always very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Her positive attitude was always so delightful when I came for my appointments. All of my friends and family thought she was so lovely too! It was a joy to work with Jenny, it was just a shame she couldn’t have been there on the day! All of my dreams came true and I felt like a princess.
