Couldn’t get a hold of the owner for several days due to her not having her phone.After getting in contact with her to set an appointment she texted me 2 hours before my appointment time/date that she’s only accepting appointments from regular paying customers now(mind you the appointment was already set). I was being understanding when she told me why she hadn’t gotten back in touch with me ,but to cancel an appointment the day of is very unprofessional.
