If could give Teresa Thompson less than a 1 star review I would. But I have made an appt with for a counseling session through online video conference, we got disconnected after 15-20 mins. I tried every possible way to get back into the appt meeting and it was unsuccessful. So I then emailed her directly to see if we could continue the meeting somehow. I've never gotten a response in any manner and was charged a full $80 copay for the service. Mind you this was only 15-20 mins for the session when it should be at least 45 d... read more
