Losing my dad was one of the hardest moments in my life. From the very beginning after his passing of when he was picked up, to his viewing and final cremation, this place made it easy. Tim deserves a gold star for just being a kind hearted individual. **WARNING TO ALL HOSPICE FAMILIES** This place takes advantage of you financially in your time of pain and sorrow. Their prices are NOT accurate whatsoever on their hospice flyer nor their website. Both specifically mention, "no hidden fees or charges." THIS IS A LIE! Under the impression we were paying the $575 (AS ADVERTISED ON THE HOSPICE FLYER) when I called regarding his ashes I was told we had an outstanding balance. Our bill (at first) came out to $815. My mother passed away peacefully in her sleep and I found her in the morning. After calling the authorities she was officially pronounced as deceased. She lives in AZ and I am from OH. My mother wanted to be buried in PA. After calling the funeral home in PA, they let me know that someone from All Options Funeral Home would arrive shortly. This place is HORRIBLE. The owner is emotionally abusive, immature, unreliable and discriminatory. Surprising for a woman-owned business. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS FUNERAL HOME. If Owner "Cassandra" gets a better offer she'll break your contract, demanding more money and then turn around and lie about what a great job she did. This place is dangerous for anyone grieving. She is also against personal items being purchased for loved one's remains, though she gives you a booklet of these items to order. She just doesn't get it at all.... read more

I was very pleased with the honesty, concern and professionalism this place showcased during our time of sorrow. Though we lost a loved one we gained a lifetime relationship with All Options staff who gave us a piece of mind during our grievance. Sandy is a gem!
